First-month guarantee: First-time monthly customers can request a refund during their first 30 days if Continuity Engine does not fit their workflow. Annual Basic is discounted and non-refundable after activation, so start monthly if you want to evaluate it first. Refunds disable license access, and Betweenware may decline repeated refund requests or obvious short-term-use abuse.
Privacy note: Continuity Engine paid plans are built around a local Verbatim HTML transcript archive and independent HTML Archive backup. Your chat can be saved permanently on your computer in a near-identical, fully searchable HTML record, including formatting, images, and file downloads or active download targets when capturable. Your project records, highlights, assets, and update packages stay on your computer. Checkout and licensing handle purchase/account data, not your private AI project archive. Details.
Browser interface note for Continuity Engine and Chrome products:

The browser pages that Continuity Engine reads chat transcript information from, and later injects hand-off packages into, are controlled by the respective AI companies and are therefore outside Betweenware's control. These companies can make changes to their browser interfaces that could interfere with Continuity Engine's browser I/O functionality. Such changes are rare, but they can occur.

Any such browser-interface changes will not affect chat transcripts already saved locally in Continuity Engine.

Our promise: Betweenware tests all supported browser-based AI interfaces daily to detect functionality disruptions. If functionality is interrupted by changes made by the respective AI companies, Betweenware will make its best effort to restore functionality as soon as possible. Short periods of interruption may occur because those browser interfaces are outside Betweenware's control, and by purchasing this software you acknowledge and accept that possibility.
